James Gleave

Founder and Director

James is a transport planner by trade, but a strategist and community engager by passion.. He has delivered and assisted in the delivery of many transport and infrastructure strategies and policies. He specialises in foresight, futures thinking and strategy creation, and has supported the delivery of numerous innovative technology, autonomous vehicle, smart infrastructure, and Mobility as a Service projects. He also a board member of the Transport Planning Society.

Dr Chloe Sharp

Associate

Chloe is our design-thinking and service design guru. She helps businesses in the digital and emerging technology space learn about their market (industry, market size and competition), understand user and customer needs (through in-depth behavioural and attitudinal methods using fun, interactive and innovative tools), and test products with users (in lab or real-life environments).

Jenny Milne

Associate

Jenny is a specialist in rural mobility solutions, having set the strategic direction and policies for clients including the Connected Places Catapult and Transport Scotland. Her other specialties include facilitation, market analysis and research, policy and strategic development, enviromental policy and management,tenders and procurement, transport policy, public sector partnerships, and funding and grant sources. To name but a few.
Richard Lewis

Richard Lewis

Associate

Richard is a highly experienced town planner and walking and cycling infrastructure designer. His skills include preparing evidence, facilitate stakeholder and public engagement and write supplementary planning documents that support and augment Local Plans and Local Transport Plans. This includes Neighbourhood Plans, Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans, public realm and cycling infrastructure design guidance, supplementary planning documents, and the active travel strategy components of transport assessments, green infrastructure plans and travel plans.
